The Banksters: Let's Start With Bank of America

See the source image

We don't call bankers banksters for nothing. Along with Wells-Fargo Bank of America is one of the worst banks on the planet. Only a fool would do business with Wells-Fargo or Bank of America and Banks like them. Below are links to studies and articles about the worst banks in America.

The filthy rich only care about money. To them, you are dirt under their feet. By every legal standard they are intractable so there is no legal remedy to hold them accountable for their crimes and fuckery. All you can do to protect yourselves from them is to not do business with them and urge others to do the same.

Sep 23, 2016 · The Worst Banks in America (Wells Fargo Isn’t Even No. 1) But that still doesn’t make it the worst bank in the country, at least according to a new analysis of retail banks. Factoring in complaints, penalties and responsiveness to customer problems, the worst bank is Bank of America, according to a report from consumer finance site ValuePenguin.

Another Reason Trump Supporters Should Be Treated Like Traitors

Augureye Express: The Emperor's Ego
Most Trump supporters know that he promised to show his tax returns but they will lie and say he never said it. If those liars were living under Sharia law they would have their lying tongues cut out. They know that Trump is harming America and the free world but they don't care. That makes them dangerous and traitorous.

Trump belongs is a prison cell along with his supporters. Trump is evil and so are his supporters. Don't even try to defend those sleazy bastards by saying they are stupid and ignorant. They still know right from wrong.

Cops and Judges are Sleazy Bastards

Hate Liberty? Support Blue Isis - Demotivational Poster

We live in scary times where corporations and government are pretty much the same entity to which the rule of law no longer applies. Our police are now flying the black and blue flag with the a blue line on it to let people know that they are above the law and  above the peasants.

American peasants remain in a concrete cages with the bogus assumption of innocence as his rights are suspended. Only their feckless lawyers are allowed to discuss their cases as per jail policy which "Trumps" the first amendment.

Our incarceration system is an industry as we continue to incarcerate more peasants than China most of whom have committed no crimes or victimless crimes.

Prolonged detentions are common.

No knock raids are common as corrupt feckless judges help Blue ISIS terrorize the peasants.

Tyrants in black robes instruct juries to up hold the law but not question the law even if the laws and the punishments are draconian, unlawful and unjust.

Lying whore Judge Jeanine Pirro, a criminal, a scumbag, propagandist a traitor and a liar has not been disbarred even though she belongs in a cage for life. Rich people are above the law unless they harm other rich people.

Civil forfeitures are common and highway men with costumes and badges are allowed to  stop and rob anyone of cash and property.

The 4th amendment is all but gone.

Exercising the 1st amendment can get you thrown into a cage by Blue ISIS

The unregulated Medical Mafia can steal, kill and maim with immunity.

Lying is protected speech and truth telling can get you thrown into a cage.

The ACLU is no more.

PERFECT! Trump, Mussolini, Hitler, Stalin and Putin have won. I think it is time to start using the constitution for toilet paper be cause that's all it worth.

The SCOTUS is infested with fascists and liars.

See the source image

Corporations now have the rights that citizens once had and are automatically immune from prosecution.

The fascists have won.

Oh Canada I stand on guard for thee.

Fat People Are Often Sleazy Bastards

Fat People are often sleazy bastards. Think about it. Fat people put their lust for food above all else. Consider the fact that Trump, Chris Christie, Kim Jung Un and Sarah Huckabee are fat slobs and sleazy bastards.

Your run of the mill glutton is being encouraged and enabled by the corporate food and corporate medical industry but that doesn't excuse their unbridled food lust and their complete disregard for their loved ones and social responsibility.

Ask a glutton what they love more, their kids or their food and they will lie and tell you that they love their kids more. They would be lying. If they their kids meant more to them gormandizing they would not be fat. When you ask them if their alleged inability to maintain a healthy was a matter of can't or won't they will attack you with nearly as much ferocity as they would attack a bag of Doritos and sour cream and onion dip.

The Moral of the Story

Mungo is a living example to the old saying, "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog." Mungo's real name is Mongkut Munger. Mongkut Munger is the toughest son of a bitch I've ever known. During his high school days Mungo was respected and feared but it didn't start out that way. Mungo was Thia descent. He stood 5'5" tall and he weighed 135 lbs soaking wet. Mungo was a Muay Thia fighter in Thialand who started at the age of 7. When Mungo was 15 his parents were killed in a car accident. They were workers and the US embassy. Mungo was then adopted by an American family who was stationed at the embassy. Mungo's father was a US Marine and security chief there. Mungo's parents the Kitsuwans were close friends with the Mungers. It was there final wish that Mungo be adopted by the Mungers and so it came to be.

There were a lot of bigots in my high school as the county was a Republican stronghold. Not only was Mungo short and Asian, he was also dark complected. They may as well just put a sign on his back that read,"KICK ME." For several months some of the asshole jocks and the popular kids were giving Mungo shit. He was being bullied but his Buddhist training would not allow him to throw a punch in anger. So the bullying continued. The nerds and the artsy kids liked Mungo and they were very welcoming to him but like everyone else, they did not know that Mungo was a skilled fighter.

Kids raised in Republican families are usually assholes and bullies. This was no exception at our school. They often had asshole privilege.

Mungo was friends with a hearing impaired boy named Dominick. Dominick was also picked on by the assholes. Dominick is a skilled and sought after graphic artist today.

During a class change at 3rd period Mungo witnessed some football jocks picking on Dominick. They had him cornered on the 2nd floor landing and they were roughing him up. Mungo and I intervened. The biggest jock focused on Mungo. BIG MISTAKE.  As soon as he his hands on Mungo Mungo attacked with a kick square in the punk's chest. which sent him down the flight of stairs.  Another jock attacked after seeing his jock buddy out cold on the floor and received a knee in the balls for it. I was in awe. Some of the girls clapped. The other two jocks took off running.

After they had licked their wounds, one of them decided to try Mungo again in a more formal fight after school on the soccer field. Mungo tried bowing out of the fight but we talked him into showing up for the fight. Mungo was fearless and the jocks were foolish. The thought Mungo got lucky the first time. They still didn't know what they are up against.

Three camps arrived at the soccer field - the jocks' camp, our camp and some kids that just wanted see a fight. Mungo was up against a kid who was 6'3" tall 225 lbs and full of steroids.  About a second after they squared off Mungo unleashed a powerful leg kick to the jock's knee joint and then smiled and said, "Big target!" The jock was hurting. He took a wild swing at Mungo and missed wildly. Mungo countered with a step in right hook which broke the jock's nose. There was blood everywhere. Mungo said, "You're too slow."

One of the other jock shouted, "Tackle that gook!" but Mungo was too quick and the jock reeling from the busted nose and the slightly dislocated knee, missed the tackle badly. Mung then said, "Stay down fool." The fool did not stay down and as he was getting up Mungo gave him a kick to the head and knocked him out.

Mungo then said to the other jocks, "Who's next?" and when none of them stepped forward Mungo shouted, "Cowards!" Show the grace and humility common among Thais, Mungo checked on his badly defeated foe while he was regaining consciousness. Mungo told the punk that he had taken it easy on him and that he would be wise to have his jock buddies to stop fucking with our friends.

The jock spent two days in the hospital for a concussion. He showed up to school on Monday with with two black eyes, and wearing a knee brace.  Mungo was arrested for assault and released to his parents. It turns out that the jock's uncle was an assistant DA. At the preliminary hearing the judge threw out the case because they were both minors and it was mutual combat. We later found out that one of our teachers had filled the judge in what an asshole the jock and his jock buddies had been to Mungo and his friends. The judge looked at the charges and the photos of the jock. Then he looked at 5'5" Mungo and then the 6'3" jock. The judge asked the prosecutor, "Are you saying that little fella did all that damage to this big lug in a fair fight. It looks to me like justice was done." and before the prosecutor could utter word the judge said, "Case dismissed. And don't clutter my court with anything like this again."

The Moral Of The Story

Don't take shit from anyone and the only surefire way to stop a punk and a bully is by beating the shit out of them.

Corporate gangs are comprised of shameless amoral and immoral punks and bullies who will never do the right thing out of a sense of morality.  You can't shame the shameless but you can keep them in fear by shining the light of day on them and that will keep them in a virtual prison. The more the truth is known about corporate gangsters the more fearful they will become.

We need to think of legal ways on how to take these bastards down. I say this because I am lawful good, but if you are chaotic good I will not force my type of morality on to you.

How To Punish Sleazy Bastards and Get Rich Doing It

Ever dream of getting rich by blowing the whistle on your boss? People have—most recently Bradley Birkenfeld, the ex-banker whom the IRS paid a record $104 million for ratting out his former banking bosses who had helped U.S. clients to hide money in Swiss accounts.
Have any other blowers cashed in big?
Yes, says Stephen M. Kohn, author of "The Whistleblower's Handbook," a how-to guide. The book describes the government's major whistleblower programs and lists the many kinds of fraud that qualify for rewards—everything from "altering expert certificates to avoid paying a fee" to the "sale of adulterated drugs."
Kohn, who runs the National Whistleblowers Center, says another big reward was the $96 million paid in July to Cheryl Eckard, a former employee of drug maker Glaxo Smith Kline, who fingered faults in manufacturing at one of Glaxo's plants. For other big rewards, see the list below
"Super-duper rewards," as Kohn calls Birkenfeld's and Eckard's, act like advertisements for the U.S. government's whistleblower programs, which make hundreds of rewards every year: They include the Department of Justice's whistleblower program, under the False Claims Act; and three other reward programs run respectively by the IRS, the SEC, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Patrick Burns, director of communications for pro-whistleblower group Taxpayers Against Fraud, cautions that big rewards to single individuals are rare.
"They're about as common as whales," he says. "You don't see them very often." In most rewards, he says, more than one blower is involved. "You're looking at six or seven blowers, so the money gets parsed out." Of the roughly 100 rewards a year given out under the False Claims Act, says, 50 will be for "$2 million or less." The amount of the reward varies case to case by is usually around 16 percent of the fines levied, according to Burns.
Let's say you win one of those awards, and that after divvying up the pot with your fellow blowers, you get $320,000. That's still a respectable amount of money. But half of that, Burns says, typically will go to pay your taxes and your attorney bills.
Of the many differences between the four whistleblower programs, the most significant, say Burns and Kohn, are these:
The CFTC program offers the most protection for a whistleblower who wants to remain anonymous. "You can pursue your claim and remain anonymous, even to the government," says Kohn. Your identity will disclosed only after you've qualified for a reward.
All the other programs, he says, require that you tell the feds up front who you are. "And because the government knows who you are," he says, "there's always a chance your company will find out."
Another big distinction: Under the IRS, SEC and CFTC programs, the government decides if they want to pursue your claim. If they decide not, then your attempt to get a reward ends. You have no legal authority to pursue a claim on your own.
Under that False Claims Act, however, even if the Justice Department turns you down, you can continue to pursue your claim in court as a private individual acting on behalf of the government. "The Act empowers the average worker with the same authority as if they were the government of the United States. On paper, it's the most powerful program of the four," says Kohn.
Here are some top recent whistleblower awards:
1. UBS: $104 million; September 2012 The IRS award to Bradley Birkenfeld made him the most richly rewarded whistleblower to date. Birkenfeld, however, paid a price. He spent 40 months in prison for his own complicity in the tax fraud he said his former employer UBS had perpetrated.
2. Pfizer: $102 million; September 2009 A group of 10 for Pfizer employees, including original whistleblower John Kopchinski, were awarded $102 million for having exposed the illegal promotion of the arthritis drug Bextra, according to the American Lawyer.
3. HCA: $100 million; December 2000 Two whistleblowers shared a $100 million reward, after they told the FBI that the healthcare provider was regularly overbilling Medicare. Their tips led to government raids of 35 HCA locations in 1997, and to HCA's payment of a landmark fine.
4. GlaxoSmithKline: $94 million; July 2012 The probe of what the American Lawyer calls the biggest health care fraud settlement in history began in 2003 with whistleblowing complaints filed by Cheryl Eckard, who alleged manufacturing faults at one of Glaxo's plants. Glaxo, without admitting wrongdoing, agreed to pay fines to settle civil allegations.
5. Abbott Laboratories: $84 million; August 2012 As reported by the American Lawyer, whistleblowers stand to receive some $84 million under the False Claims Act in a settlement by Abbott concerning off-label promotions of its anti-seizure drug Depakote.
6. Bank of America: $25 million; March 2012 BofA in February agreed to pay fines to settle a federal probe of alleged underwriting and mortgage fraud involving subsidiary Countrywide Financial. A suit by whistleblower Kyle Lagow helped spark the investigation, and Lagow was awarded $14.5 million, according to Reuters.
7. Tenet: $8.1 million; January 2004 Two whistleblowers responsible for having told the FBI they believed physicians at a Tenet hospital in Redding, Calif., were performing unnecessary cardiac procedures, shared a reward of $8.1 million, their percentage of a $54 million settlement—a record amount for a fraud allegation involving a single hospital, according to Modern Healthcare. Tenet did not admit any wrongdoing.

Treasonous CONgressman Brad Wenstrup Is a Sleazy Bastard

Treasonous CONgressman Brad Wenstrup Is a Sleazy Bastard

Many Republicans are helping Trump and the Russians to undermine democracy treasonous Brad Wenstrup is one of them. Americans not only need to be calling for the resignation of these treasonous bastards but also for there are arrest prosecution and execution.

Brad Wenstrup - Official Site

On Friday, Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) went on Fox News and tried to justify the decision made by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee to end the committee’s Russia probe and release a final report. It did not go well. Wenstrup argued there is no further need to investigate the Trump campaign, because while a top White House official may have admitted under oath to lying, all she copped to were “white lies.” “Look at the Hope Hicks situation,” Wenstrup said, referring to the former White House communications director who resigned shortly after testifying before the House Intelligence Committee in late February. “They had her for nine hours in there, only to go put out that she may have ...

Dealing With Sleazy Bastards Robespierre Style

Robespierre didn't take crap from the filthy rich and their hired oppressors. Robespierre knew that bullies and punks need shit beaten out of them.

Pity is treason. - Robespierre

This goes to Trump and his supporters. They deserve no mercy or forgiveness.

The secret of freedom lies in educating people, whereas the secret of tyranny is in keeping them ignorant. - Robespierre

See the source image

This also goes to the Trump supporters and Republican voters who are both kept ignorant and choose ignorance.

Crime butchers innocence to secure a throne, and innocence struggles with all its might against the attempts of crime. - Robespierre

See the source image

This goes to the Trump campaign, the Trump Whitehouse and the hypocrisy of the Trump voters who cast their votes for this vulgar excuse of a man.

To punish the oppressors of humanity is clemency; to forgive them is cruelty.- Maximilien Robespierre

See the source image

Robespierre believed that lying tryrants should be executed in order to rid the world of tyranny once and for all.

The king must die so that the country can live. - Maximilien Robespierre

Robespierre was referring to Louis the 16th but this can apply to any dictator.

Terror is only justice: prompt, severe and inflexible; it is then an emanation of virtue; it is less a distinct principle than a natural consequence of the general principle of democracy, applied to the most pressing wants of the country. - Maximilien Robespierre

The Muslims have given terrorizing a bad name. There are two things that motivate scumbags and those things are fear and money. Very few rich people are altruistic. Keeping them in fear and eventually destitute is the only way to keep them in check. Robespierre started the reign of terror in France and he brought a lot of sleazy bastards to the guillotine. That sent a message to all the other sleazy bastards.

The people have been fed a lot of blue pills in the form of cliches.

There's good in everyone. Not there isn't!

The pen is mightier than the sword. No it isn't.

Just ignore the bully and they will stop. No they won't!

Great is your reward in heaven. Massaging God's insatiable ego for all eternity doesn't sound much like a reward to me.

You can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar. Who wants flies?

The wheels of justice grind slowly but they grind exceedingly fine. Tell that to Fred Goldman and the grandparents of Caylee Anthony.

If someone is an asshole tell them!
