Need To Impeach
America needs to get rid of Trump. This is not about left vs right ideas. This is about the rule of law and while righties hate the rule of law decent Americans respect the rule of law.
Sign the Petition to get rid of Treasonous Trump.
DONALD TRUMP'S 8 IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES
1. Obstructing Justice
After taking office, Trump asked FBI Director James Comey to abandon the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election—which the FBI had already connected to Michael Flynn.
When Comey refused to alter course, Trump fired him.
Trump then admitted the firing was over “the Russia thing” in a televised interview.
In a tweet months later, he stated that he “had to fire Michael Flynn because he lied to the FBI”— further affirming that he dismissed James Comey in an attempt to quash the FBI’s investigation.
Bottom line: Trump has repeatedly attempted to interfere in the Russia investigation, and admitted as much—that’s a clear case of obstructing justice.
2. Violating the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution
The Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause prohibits the president from accepting personal benefits from any foreign government or official.
Trump has retained his ownership interests in his family business while he is in office.
Thus, every time a foreign official stays at a Trump hotel, or a foreign government approves a new
Trump Organization project, or grants a trademark, Trump is in violation of the Constitution.
For example: shortly after he was sworn into office, the Chinese government
gave preliminary approval to 38 trademarks of Trump’s name. Then, in June, China approved nine
Donald Trump trademarks they had previously rejected.
And every time he goes to golf at a Trump property, he funnels taxpayer money into his family business—violating the Domestic Emoluments Clause.
Bottom line: Because Trump never divested from his business interests, he violates the Constitution every time the Trump Organization has business dealings with foreign or American government officials.
3. Conspiring with Others to Commit Crimes Against the United States, and Attempting to Conceal
Those Violations
In the middle of the 2016 election, Trump’s son was invited to meet with a Russian national regarding “information that would incriminate Hillary and…would be very useful to” Donald Trump
The Russian, Natalia Veselnitskaya, had ties to high-ranking Kremlin officials.
Trump Jr. took the meeting. He said, “I love it,” when told Veselnitskaya may have had dirt on Clinton. Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner also attended.
Federal law prohibits campaigns from soliciting anything of value from a foreign national.
After journalists broke this story, Trump personally dictated a public statement on behalf of his son that lied about the intended purpose of the meeting.
This relationship between the Trump team and the Russian national raises questions of whether the campaign aided a hostile foreign power’s active operation against the United States.
Bottom line: Trump tried to cover up a his campaign’s contacts with a Russian national—which, at very least, constituted a violation of federal law.
4. Advocating Violence and Undermining Equal Protection Under the Law
When Trump gave cover to the neo-Nazis who rioted in Charlottesville and murdered a protester, he violated his obligation to protect the citizenry against domestic violence.
When Trump encouraged police officers to rough up people they have under arrest, he violated his obligation to oversee faithful execution of the laws.
When Trump shared anti-Muslim content on Twitter, he violated his obligation to uphold equal protection of the laws.
This represents a pattern of disregard for some of the president’s basic responsibilities as defined by the Constitution.
Bottom line: Trump has demonstrated a pattern of behavior amounting to advocating violence, undercutting equal protection, and, as a result, failing basic Constitutional duties.
5. Abusing the Pardon Power
President Trump’s decision to pardon Joe Arpaio amounted to an abuse of the pardon power that revealed his indifference to individual rights and equal protections.
Joe Arpaio was convicted for contempt of court after ignoring a court order that he stop detaining and searching people based on the color of their skin, which constitutes a violation of their rights.
Pardoning this conviction goes against the Fifth Amendment, which allows the judiciary to issue and enforce injunctions against government officials who flout individual rights.
Bottom line: Trump’s pardon of Joe Arpaio violates the Fifth Amendment and harms the guarantee of Constitutional rights.
6. Engaging in Conduct that Grossly Endangers the Peace and Security of the United States
High-ranking administration officials involved in foreign affairs have signaled that Trump does not have the capacity to make informed decisions in the event of a military crisis.
Even worse, his actions could spark a needless confrontation stemming from misunderstanding or miscalculation.
We see this in full effect every time Trump tweets or makes a public statement taunting and threatening the North Korean regime.
The president may be the “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States,” but that does not give him the right to behave in reckless or wanton ways that put millions of lives at risk.
If he is unfit to perform his duties as Commander in Chief, he cannot be allowed to remain in the position.
Bottom line: Trump cannot be permitted to recklessly and needlessly endanger millions of Americans with his unstable behavior.
7. Directing Law Enforcement to Investigate and Prosecute Political Adversaries for Improper and Unjustifiable Purposes
President Trump has repeatedly pressured the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate and prosecute political adversaries like Hillary Clinton.
This is not based in concerns with national security, law enforcement, or any other function of his office—it is an attempted power play, plain and simple.
There’s no question that this constitutes an outrageous and inappropriate abuse of executive branch powers and serves as clear grounds for impeachment.
Bottom line: Trump’s threats against political opponents are threats against American democracy.
8. Undermining the Freedom of the Press
President Trump has repeatedly attacked the concept of an independent press.
He’s called critical coverage “fake news” and journalists “the enemy of the American people,” made threats to change libel laws and revoke licenses, and his battles with CNN led him to try to interfere in the AT&T/Time Warner merger.
This demonstrates his unwillingness to respect and uphold the Constitution, and disdain for the crucial foundations to our free society.
Bottom line: Trump’s threats against freedom of the press are also threats against American democracy.

Sleazy Jamie Gorelick Amazon's Fixer
We all know that Amazon is a corrupt law breaking company but many of you have never heard of a dirty nasty bitch named Jamie Gorelick. Even her name sounds dirty and nasty.
Here's the 411 on this brutal corporate whore.
Related: Why is swamp queen Jamie Gorelick advising Jared Kushner?
Here's the 411 on this brutal corporate whore.
Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae)
Even though she had no previous training nor experience in finance, Gorelick was appointed Vice Chairman of Federal National Mortgage Association(Fannie Mae) from 1997 to 2003. She served alongside former Clinton Administration official Franklin Raines.[9] During that period, Fannie Mae developed a $10 billion accounting scandal.[10]
On March 25, 2002, Business Week interviewed Gorelick about the health of Fannie Mae. Gorelick is quoted as saying, "We believe we are managed safely. We are very pleased that Moody's gave us an A-minus in the area of bank financial strength – without a reference to the government in any way. Fannie Mae is among the handful of top-quality institutions."[11] One year later, government regulators accused Fannie Mae of improper accounting "to the tune of $9 billion" in unrecorded losses.[12]
In an additional scandal concerning falsified financial transactions that helped the company meet earnings targets for 1998, a "manipulation" that triggered multimillion-dollar bonuses for top executives,[13] Gorelick received $779,625.
A 2006 report of an investigation by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight into Fannie Mae's accounting practices and corporate governance revealed that from 1998 to 2002 Gorelick received a total of $26.5 million in income from Fannie Mae.[14]
This Treasonous Twat Was a Lawyer for Jared Kushner
Gorelick represented Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of Donald Trump, as he considered a possible role in the White House. She had advised Kushner, who has sprawling financial interests in a multi-billion-dollar global real estate empire, on how he might comply with federal ethics and anti-nepotism laws. She has argued that although officials leading federal agencies are barred from hiring relatives, the White House is not an agency and thus exempt.[20] Gorelick argued that if Kushner forgoes a White House salary, he would not be bound by federal nepotism rules.[21] Though Kushner has no experience in government or public policy, Trump directed that during his Presidential transition all foreign-policy matters be relayed through Kushner. Kushner participated in meetings between Trump and foreign heads of state while continuing to run the Kushner Companies.[22] On July 14, 2017 Gorelick stepped away from the lead role in the Russian investigation and turned over all responsibilities to Abbe Lowell. Gorelick will still work on other matters for Kushner that she was originally retained for.[23][24]
Jamie Gorelick is on Amazon's board of directors. Jeff Bezo's, Amazon's CEO, hires criminal trash to help run his criminal company.

Shawn Hannity Is A Sleazy Bastard: The Lies Of This Modern Day Joesph Goebbels
If you watch Fox News and if are were to see you being ripped to shred by a pack of rabid pit bulls I would pull out my phone and record it so that other truth loving patriots can enjoy seeing your much deserved death. If you watch Fox News you are then by nature a liar and a very dangerous liar at that because you know that the Fox propaganda that you are spreading is nothing but lies and distortion. The remedy for treason is execution.
Robespierre put it best when he said "To punish the oppressors of humanity is clemency; to forgive them is treason." He also said, "Pity is treason." Robespierre was right. Lies are the weapon of choice for the evil people like Shawn Hannity. Mark Twain said, "A lie can go half-way around the world while the truth it still putting on it's shoes." Fox News and lying are synonymous and while Shawn Hannity is a natural born liar, Hannity lies for his depraved viewers. It's easy to beat up on a treasonous lying sack of shit like Shawn Hannity and beating up on Shawn Hannity diverts attention away from the real problem. Shawn Hannity is a high paid rodeo clown, mouth piece and a pied piper to the deplorable Trumpanzees.
Simply stated, Fox News watchers are simply no damn good and trash like Shawn Hannity and Laura Ingram are merely a manifestation of the depravity that is the alt-right. Once again Robespierre got it right when he said, "The secret of freedom lies in educating people, whereas the secret of tyranny is in keeping them ignorant." Lies keep people ignorant.
Fascists cannot be rehabilitated. Evil is evil and it can be no other way. You can't reason with it any more than you can reason with a school of hungry sharks and try to convince them to become vegetarians but Robespierre knew exactly what to do about evil and evil doers, Terror is only justice: prompt severe and inflexible; it is then an emanation of virtue; it is less a distinct principle than a natural consequence of the general principle of democracy, applied to the most pressing wants of a country.
Shawn Hannity: A Modern Day Joesph Goebbels

On the February 27 edition of Hannity, host Sean Hannity replayed part of his February 26 interview with Rep. Keith Ellison. During the exchange, Ellison responded to Hannity's question about the federal debt being "immoral" by saying, "You are immoral for telling lies." Hannity asked, "I'm immoral? What did I do that's immoral?" Ellison responded, "You tell mistruths. You say things that aren't true." Speaking before the clip was aired, Hannity said Ellison "at times, seemed incoherent" and "really started grasping at straws." After the clip was aired, Hannity said to guest J.C. Watts, "I just gave him the rope and said, go. Here you go, rant away."
10. Hannity Hyped RNC's Doctored Audio Of Supreme Court Arguments. Hannity uncritically aired a Republican National Committee (RNC) ad that used audio from Supreme Court oral arguments to attack health care reform -- but the audio used in the ad was dishonestly edited. [Media Matters, 3/30/12]
9. Hannity Distorted CBO Data To Attack Obama. Hannity claimed that a January 2012 Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report showed that if Obama were to win a second term, taxes would "go up 30 percent." In fact, the report only stated that taxes would increase at such a rate if all the Bush tax cuts were allowed to expire. [Media Matters, 2/2/12]
8. Hannity Falsely Claimed A White House Adviser "Advocated Compulsory Abortion." Hannity claimed that White House science and technology adviser John Holdren "advocated compulsory abortion" and sterilization. PolitiFact had previously rated a similar claim -- made months earlier by Fox News' Glenn Beck -- "pants on fire" false. [Media Matters, 9/9/09]
7. Hannity Falsely Claimed Obama Called The Death Of Four Americans "Just A Bump In The Road." Hannity claimed that Obama referred to the death of four Americans in the September 2012 attack on a U.S. compound in Benghazi as "just a bump in the road." In fact, Obama was referring to the difficulties Arab countries were facing in transitioning from autocratic rule to democracy. [Media Matters, 9/25/12]
6. Hannity Spread False Report That Egypt Was Considering Necrophilia Bill. Hannity hyped a thinly-sourced report from an Egyptian newspaper to claim that the Egyptian government was considering a law that would allow a husband to have sex with his dead wife. The Christian Science Monitor called the story "utter hooey," and multiple sources later debunked the claim. [Media Matters, 4/30/12; Huffington Post, 4/26/12]
5. Hannity's Special On "Liberal Bias" Featured Wildly Distorted And Out-Of-Context Quotes. Hannity's "Behind the Bias" special, in which he purported to investigate the "bias" of "the mainstream media," featured multiple deceptively cropped quotes. For example, he played a clip purporting to show that Katie Couric called President Ronald Reagan "an airhead"; in fact, Couric was citing a conclusion from a biography of Reagan. [Media Matters, 4/24/11]
4. Hannity Cast Doubt On Scientific Consensus About Climate Change. Even though the overwhelming majority of scientists agree that global warming is occurring and is likely caused or exacerbated by human activity, Hannity has repeatedly denied or cast doubt on the existence of climate change. [Media Matters, 12/4/09, 1/13/10, 8/27/10, 11/19/10, 6/24/11]
3. Hannity Fueled Myth That Obama Is A Muslim. During a segment in March 2011 in which he fueled the smear that Obama was not born in the U.S., Hannity claimed that Obama "went to a Muslim school." In March 2012, while claiming that he was "not doubting [Obama's] faith," Hannity said, "[L]ook, he did write about his early years, that he did study the Quran, that one of the most beautiful moments in life was prayer at sunset. So, I mean, he does have that background." [Media Matters, 3/24/11, 3/21/12]
2. Hannity Fed The Birther Movement. Hannity repeatedly fed the long-standing smear that Obama was not born in the United States, even after Obama released his birth certificate and multiple fact-checkers debunked the smear. Hannity denied that Obama had shown his birth certificate and once falsely claimed that Obama "grew up in Kenya." [Media Matters, 3/28/11, 4/20/12]
1. Hannity Ignored Overwhelming Evidence To Repeatedly Claim Obama's Policies Have Not Helped Improve The Economy. Hannity has repeatedly claimed that President Obama's policies have not improved the economy. In fact, numerous economists and independent analysts have noted that many of Obama's policy achievements, such as the stimulus, have benefited the economy: GDP is growing rather than contracting as it was at the end of 2008, and the economy has added millions of jobs. [Media Matters, 1/13/10, 7/14/11, 2/2/12]
While it would be satisfying to have Hannity kicked off the air, convicted of treason or even see him torn apart by a pack of wild dogs, it won't change the fact that there are millions of low level rank and file fascists who do need to be torn to bits by packs of wild dogs. The millions of fascists in this country are what allow fascists like Hannity to spread their lies. If you think that busting his lies and the lies of others like Hannity are going to suddenly make his base honest, you are a naive peasant. Grow up Mary Poppins and lay off the blue pills. Accept the fact that there is only one effective way to deal with fascists and it does not involve sitting around a camp fire and singing Kum By Ya. Watch the video.

How To Punish Sleazy Bastards and Get Rich Doing It
Ever dream of getting rich by blowing the whistle on your boss? People have—most recently Bradley Birkenfeld, the ex-banker whom the IRS paid a record $104 million for ratting out his former banking bosses who had helped U.S. clients to hide money in Swiss accounts.
Have any other blowers cashed in big?
Yes, says Stephen M. Kohn, author of "The Whistleblower's Handbook," a how-to guide. The book describes the government's major whistleblower programs and lists the many kinds of fraud that qualify for rewards—everything from "altering expert certificates to avoid paying a fee" to the "sale of adulterated drugs."
Kohn, who runs the National Whistleblowers Center, says another big reward was the $96 million paid in July to Cheryl Eckard, a former employee of drug maker Glaxo Smith Kline, who fingered faults in manufacturing at one of Glaxo's plants. For other big rewards, see the list below
"Super-duper rewards," as Kohn calls Birkenfeld's and Eckard's, act like advertisements for the U.S. government's whistleblower programs, which make hundreds of rewards every year: They include the Department of Justice's whistleblower program, under the False Claims Act; and three other reward programs run respectively by the IRS, the SEC, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Patrick Burns, director of communications for pro-whistleblower group Taxpayers Against Fraud, cautions that big rewards to single individuals are rare.
"They're about as common as whales," he says. "You don't see them very often." In most rewards, he says, more than one blower is involved. "You're looking at six or seven blowers, so the money gets parsed out." Of the roughly 100 rewards a year given out under the False Claims Act, says, 50 will be for "$2 million or less." The amount of the reward varies case to case by is usually around 16 percent of the fines levied, according to Burns.
Let's say you win one of those awards, and that after divvying up the pot with your fellow blowers, you get $320,000. That's still a respectable amount of money. But half of that, Burns says, typically will go to pay your taxes and your attorney bills.
Of the many differences between the four whistleblower programs, the most significant, say Burns and Kohn, are these:
The CFTC program offers the most protection for a whistleblower who wants to remain anonymous. "You can pursue your claim and remain anonymous, even to the government," says Kohn. Your identity will disclosed only after you've qualified for a reward.
All the other programs, he says, require that you tell the feds up front who you are. "And because the government knows who you are," he says, "there's always a chance your company will find out."
Another big distinction: Under the IRS, SEC and CFTC programs, the government decides if they want to pursue your claim. If they decide not, then your attempt to get a reward ends. You have no legal authority to pursue a claim on your own.
Under that False Claims Act, however, even if the Justice Department turns you down, you can continue to pursue your claim in court as a private individual acting on behalf of the government. "The Act empowers the average worker with the same authority as if they were the government of the United States. On paper, it's the most powerful program of the four," says Kohn.
Here are some top recent whistleblower awards:
1. UBS: $104 million; September 2012 The IRS award to Bradley Birkenfeld made him the most richly rewarded whistleblower to date. Birkenfeld, however, paid a price. He spent 40 months in prison for his own complicity in the tax fraud he said his former employer UBS had perpetrated.
2. Pfizer: $102 million; September 2009 A group of 10 for Pfizer employees, including original whistleblower John Kopchinski, were awarded $102 million for having exposed the illegal promotion of the arthritis drug Bextra, according to the American Lawyer.
3. HCA: $100 million; December 2000 Two whistleblowers shared a $100 million reward, after they told the FBI that the healthcare provider was regularly overbilling Medicare. Their tips led to government raids of 35 HCA locations in 1997, and to HCA's payment of a landmark fine.
4. GlaxoSmithKline: $94 million; July 2012 The probe of what the American Lawyer calls the biggest health care fraud settlement in history began in 2003 with whistleblowing complaints filed by Cheryl Eckard, who alleged manufacturing faults at one of Glaxo's plants. Glaxo, without admitting wrongdoing, agreed to pay fines to settle civil allegations.
5. Abbott Laboratories: $84 million; August 2012 As reported by the American Lawyer, whistleblowers stand to receive some $84 million under the False Claims Act in a settlement by Abbott concerning off-label promotions of its anti-seizure drug Depakote.
6. Bank of America: $25 million; March 2012 BofA in February agreed to pay fines to settle a federal probe of alleged underwriting and mortgage fraud involving subsidiary Countrywide Financial. A suit by whistleblower Kyle Lagow helped spark the investigation, and Lagow was awarded $14.5 million, according to Reuters.
7. Tenet: $8.1 million; January 2004 Two whistleblowers responsible for having told the FBI they believed physicians at a Tenet hospital in Redding, Calif., were performing unnecessary cardiac procedures, shared a reward of $8.1 million, their percentage of a $54 million settlement—a record amount for a fraud allegation involving a single hospital, according to Modern Healthcare. Tenet did not admit any wrongdoing.
