In fascist America there are a lot of bad and unjust laws. There are also a lot of Americans who are bootlickers who will follow the unconstitutional orders of crooked judges.
You probably know people who have plead guilty to crimes the never committed in order to avoid the costs of defending themselves in some money grabbing kangaroo court.
If you are on a jury and you think that the law is bullshit and or the punishment is to harsh, vote not guilty. It is better that one million guilty people go free than on innocent person be convicted for a crime he did not commit or be sentenced unfairly because of some bullshit law, and corrupt prosecutor and judge.
