We can get all technical and use terms like low functioning, cognitively challenges, pathological liar, sociopath, deviant, compulsive masturbator, autistic, brain damaged, OCD, etc but wanker seems best. Trump supporters may not fit all the criteria listed but they fit most of them. Wanker is specific enough for describing Trump supporters.
