If the Republican base had any honor we would not have scumbag Republicans. They are responsible for Trump and the treasonous trash in Washington who lie for him. The fact is, a moral conservative could not win a Republican nomination for any public office.
The Republican party was corrupt long before Trump reared his ugly head. Trump didn't corrupt the Republican party, he merely exposed it.
If you have Republican "friends" those "friends" are really you enemies. They are no different that the treasonous trash who supported the Confederacy.
